With a concentration in personal bodily injury and third-party subrogation litigation, Daniel is often called upon to handle cases that have been rejected by other attorneys. Daniel has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Daniel is always monitoring the legal and liability landscapes and asking “What’s Next?” He developed an airline workplace safety system that tracks occupational injuries among airline workers around the country. He also developed, and patented, a healthcare cost recovery platform that is utilized by healthcare payers and health plans throughout the United States.

Daniel regularly lectures and presents on workplace safety and third-party subrogation. He consults with a number of agencies, committees, labor groups, and organizations to advance all aspects of safety and subrogation. He serves as counsel to the International Association of Machinists Local 1776, as well as the Pennsylvania State Machinist Council. Daniel serves as safety counsel to the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) District 141 and District 1. He also serves as counsel to multiple labor unions, health and welfare funds, as well as healthcare plans, throughout the country.

Daniel is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and works with affiliated counsel across the United States.

Daniel was born and raised in Philadelphia. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University, continuing on to Tulane University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He also earned an MBA from The George Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
