Isaac is a third generation Plaintiffs’ attorney who grew up in a family where the
intricacies and strategies regarding catastrophic Plaintiffs’ cases were common topics through which, above all, an emphasis was placed on the absolute requirement that his legal knowledge be applied by the relentless expenditure of the time and energy necessary for his clients to achieve their absolute success. Isaac’s advocacy skills were honed at a young age.

Isaac focuses on catastrophic injuries caused by the fault of others that occur at work, on the road, or from products that do not fit their intended use. Isaac realizes that when someone is catastrophically injured by the fault of others that the same basic elements of “right versus wrong” are applied regardless of the location and/or type of accident.

Before joining Schwarz & Schwarz, Isaac, alongside his father, prepared and presented multi-million-dollar Plaintiffs’ cases to juries for decision. Isaac acquired further experience in trial preparation and presentation of Plaintiffs’ cases while working for the Townsley Law Firm. Isaac joined Flanagan Partners, L.L.P to focus on the second phase of litigation, the appeals process, where he worked on complex appeals filed in both State and Federal Court. To gain a better understanding of the legal process from the perspective of those who actually make the final decision, Isaac externed for a trial Judge, the Honorable Camille Buras.

Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Isaac attended Isidore Newman High School. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and pursued his legal education at Tulane University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

Through education and experience, Isaac has adopted and applies the three “P’s” to accomplish the successful representation of his clients: Preparation, Professionalism and Persistence.
