Troy D. Sisum concentrates his law practice on representing individuals in catastrophic personal injury matters resulting from construction and workplace accidents, reckless motor vehicle and trucking operators as well as negligent product manufacturers and distributors whose dangerous and defectively designed products cause serious personal injuries. Prior to joining Schwarz and Schwarz, Mr. Sisum practiced in civil litigation with an emphasis on large loss workers' compensation subrogation matters throughout the United States.

Mr. Sisum graduated cum laude from La Salle University in 1998 and Widener University School of Law in 2002. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, and the Northern District of Illinois. He is presently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Sisum has written several articles regarding the prosecution of third-party claims, and he is has lectured on a variety of topics at the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and ExecuSummit Workers’ Compensation Subrogation Strategies national conferences, including pursuing products liability claims against heavy truck manufacturers, agricultural product manufacturers, road designers, and claims against foreign manufacturers.

Before going into private practice, Mr. Sisum worked for CIGNA Corporation, concentrating in corporate and international taxation, and at PFPC, Inc. as an investment accountant.
