
Amy S. Soll is an associate in the law firm of Schwarz & Schwarz, P.C. She was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Soll graduated from the Newcomb College of Tulane University and the Hofstra University School of Law in 1990. In addition, Ms. Soll completed The National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Trial Techniques Program.
Ms. Soll previously practiced in the area of Insurance Defense, representing a broad array of medical professionals in professional malpractice litigation. Ms. Soll currently concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation and personal injury, representing individuals injured in motor vehicle and premises liability accidents, as well as those injured as a result of workplace injuries in the airline and construction trade industries. Ms. Soll also practices in the area of insurance subrogation, evaluating catastrophic injury cases, for one of the world’s largest insurers, for subrogable claims.
Ms. Soll also works with the Airline and Building Trade Injury Reporting and Safety System tracking trends in repetitive workplace injuries within specific industries in an effort to increase workplace safety. Ms. Soll participated in researching issues relative to an OSHA Modernization project for the digitization of OSHA 300 logs. She has also participated in the development of a state of the art subrogation software program utilized by health care insurers and health and welfare funds.
