The law firm of Stanley M. Schwarz was founded in Philadelphia in 1967. Subsequent to it’s inception nearly forty-five years ago, the firm expanded to Schwarz & Schwarz. Our firm’s commitment to clients and accomplishments on their behalf has earned us a reputation as one of the foremost legal firms in the region.

Our firm concentrates its practice to the areas of civil litigation, personal injuries and subrogation. We have represented injured clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, recovering over one hundred million dollars on their behalf. A decade ago Schwarz & Schwarz invented the groundbreaking airline and building trade safety system, which has been implemented throughout our region.  The system identifies safety hazards, as well as, unsafe equipment and products types for our clients.  In addition, through our litigation strategies, we have been successful in forcing manufacturers to undertake corrective actions to change unsafe products and equipment designs.

Recently, Schwarz & Schwarz has pioneered a state of the art Health Care Recovery system, which enables our Health and Welfare fund clients to identify, monitor and pursue third party subrogation claims, which have an impact on health care costs.  Through the Health Care Recovery system, our clients are now able to identify and recover health care costs which are the responsibility of previously unidentified third parties.
